Tip of the Week - March 9, 2009

Start of the Gardening Season. . .
St. Patrick's Day has traditionally marked the start of the garden season.

If your soil is thawed and workable, it's a great time to plant Peas.

Also, for good luck - plant a half of a potato on St. Patrick's Day.

Tradition says if it sprouts, it will bring you lots of luck throughout the year!
